Good agreements make good friends. That is why we list some of the most important agreements.
From January 2024, once the rental license has been obtained, the rental will start. In the meantime, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to take a free option on a possible stay. If you are interested in this, you can simply contact us via e-mail or the contact form on this website. Once the rental license has been obtained, we will contact you to ask if you would like to confirm and pay an advance, or if you choose to let the option lapse.
As soon as reservations are possible, the following payment conditions apply:
- When booking: 50% of the total rental amount
- At the latest 60 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rental amount + deposit
- When booking within 60 days, the full amount must be paid in one go
- On site: cleaning fee to be paid to the key manager
The deposit of €300 will be refunded within 14 days after inspection by the key manager. If the accommodation is not left tidy on departure (see below) or if damage and/or missing items are found, according to the inventory, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.
Arrival and departure times
The check-in time can be discussed before your arrival, and usually the check-out time is before 10:00 am. If necessary, a later check-out time can be arranged in consultation.
When you check out, the apartment will be cleaned for you. The final cleaning fee is €80 and must be paid to the key manager upon arrival at the apartment. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation tidy: make sure that no dishes, food in the fridge, full trash cans, garbage bags, etc. are left behind.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy a clean apartment, there is a no smoking policy in the property.
No youth groups
Although we like to be hospitable, we want to maintain the peaceful atmosphere in the complex. That is why we unfortunately cannot allow youth groups.
If you would like to bring your furry friend, please discuss this with us in advance. We are happy to look at the possibilities.
Cancellations by the tenant
To process a cancellation, we ask you to do so in writing or by email and to include the booking confirmation. If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 50% will be deducted from the total rental amount. In case of cancellation after this period, the full amount is due.
Cancellations by the landlord
The landlord cannot be held liable and no claim for damages can be made if the apartment cannot be rented out as a result of damage caused by natural disasters, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, attacks, strikes, acts of violence, etc.
